Generally adding liquids during a meal can make you fill up faster on liquids, causing food to be disposed of earlier, thus getting much less nutrients. So usually I do not drink anything dinner and have something to quench my thirst after wards.

Mango milk shake along with dinner and one glass of hot cow's milk after dinner, may be after 45 minutes or so.

Water, no matter what! I sometimes have lemonade in the summer or maybe a glass of wine with a nice meal, but always WATER.

i usually drink tea or water, but sometimes w/ a certain meal, i'll drink milk...but i love dr. pepper when i get it.
