The only way I will willingly give my life is if it was needed. I will not walk into a store and blow myself up, because I am taking innocent lives, and that is never necessary. I would never go off to a war and PLAN on dying for my country, not because I am a coward but because I don't feel war justifies killing people. But I would die for the ones I love. If someone had my family at gunpoint, then I would take bullet. And I would take a bullet for the president because if he was killed during a time of war then there would be hell to pay.
I would also die for my rights. I would rather be dead than forced to be silent, and not be able to voice my opinion in the government. If tomorrow women lost the right to vote, I would take up the fight in a second and if necessary die so women like me were not forced to return to their old lives of inferiority.
Sacrificing yourself is never a good idea, unless it is absolutely essential, as in taking a bullet to save others.

I would be willing to die for my belief in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Although I say that, it's a very difficult decision if that would actually happen. I pray that I would never have to have that happen to me. But, Jesus layed down HIS life for me ... I should without doubt be able to do the same for HIM.
Many people die for believing in Jesus Christ for not denying HIM and I admire that. But Lord knows, I don't want to go like that.

Let God's will reign, I will stand up for what I believe in and what I think is right, the rest is in God's hands. I just pray that he will give me the strength to get all thing's accomplished in his name.
So if I do what I think is right then what ever happens, happens.

I certainly do not want to die, but when it comes to sticking to my principle's and staying on God's side, I would die before compromising my beliefs. And I would die for other's if I could save their lives.

I'd die for anything. It's living for something that seems to be more challenging.
