It's the classic case of an owner abusing its dog, constantly hitting it, ranging from swats with the hand to using golf clubs. If there's a local animal abuse office or shelter or something in my area, I live in area code 91706 (CAlifornia)

Just kill the sorry low life bastard who would be so cruel to an animal and do society a big favor . Then find a loving home for the dog . People like that have a place in hell waiting for them so lets just speed up the process and save all the red tape shall we ?

AWWWWWWWWW thatz sooooooooooooooo sad!!! Call the cops, tell them, and then they can help by giving you a number er somthing prolly.
