My ex, who is a man, has been a deadbeat for about 9 years and the courts refuse to punish him or do anything about it, so the courts are definately not set up for women. My ex works for the government, so they know where he lives and works too, but they do not care.

The laws are not set up for women. They are set up for the parents that have custody. You need to contact a lawyer or go to your local child dupport division and report her. They will bring up charges, and she will have to bring herself current on the child support as well as keep herself current. They should keep an eye on her after that. Her wages will be garnished and you will get a check from the state of her employer, so you will definately get the child support. They should also review her wage history, and raise/lower your child support is applicable.

support enforcement is set up for the support of the children. i know it seems like it is always the female that gets her way, but child support is just that, support of the child. call support enforcement and give them any info you can and be patient, there are alot of dead beat parents out there.
