I've already lost 21 by dieting and I haven't started excersizing yet, due to time constraints. I'm getyting married in 6 weeks and I need to lose some weight around by chest and back area and a lot in my belly (I have 2 kids, so..) Is there a routine i could do for these areas without having to go to the gym?

There are several ways you can go, one is to commit to taking a good walk every day, this will tone and shed extra fat pretty fast, if you do it every day, giving yourself one day a week to rest. Your walks must be brisk and 25-30 minutes. Remember that each pound is 3500 calories, so this has to be burned off, and walking will do it just fine.
The other option is to go online and get some kind of a dvd or tape for exercising at home. Everything is available now! You can get tae bo, kickboxing, aerobics, literally anything that seems fun to you, is available and quick too. Either one of these things will work, 20 lbs. is alot to lose in this amount of time, if you work at it, it can be done. Drink alot of water too.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I would say eat lots of vegetables and fruits and drink so much water. Also avoid junkfood and caffeine. Think about it that way would you rather be sick or unhealthy, do you want to eat junk or good foods. And good foods don't have to be unhealthy. Fish and turkey sandwiches taste so good especially with tomatoes and lettuce and fat free mayoniase. Dance it has worked for so many people. Put on your favorite song and move to the beat in your own way at home. Walk or work around the house and by the time your finished you will be surprised. Last night instead of wondering around the kitchen I was being creative and designed something, I didn't move or anything and I lost lots of calories. Believe stay away from junk, jump and be happy, do something around the house. Because stress is another thing affecting weight. Happy people are always in shape, well most of the time. Without exercise the only way is to starve yourslef or get cosmetic surgery and i wouldnt recommend either...Get a personal trainer..for just the six weeks...they have daycare at the gym....they'll get your butt into shape by 6 weeks
