TfL give you the price of a single journey if you are delayed on the tube for more than 15 mins. (apply online as well and get £3 in the post!) but you can be stuck on a sodding mainline train for ages and get nothing but a sore ****. i got stuck on a Southern train that was over an hour late into Waterloo and when i wrote in they just said, "sorry, compensation for season ticket holders only"

You can thank the government and the lack of Amtrak funding for the appearance of the Seattle station...

They started it and never properly funded it...

Probably because tfl is still mainly publically owned and therefore does not have shareholders. Rail companies do, and they are in the business to make as much money as possible so if they can get out of refunding money, they will.

London underground have a long way to go for the comfort of the passenger but the system goes just like a model set.

London Underground must have more confidence in thier system. Wanna see a sorry *** train station?
If you are ever in Seattle ...scope out the AMTRAK STATION.
Clock in the tower hasn't worked in years.
Wating area looks like dining hall in SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION minus the catwalks.
