I need help?

im incharge for my class party and i dont know how to get very organized so people can sign up to bring something but theres another problem i have just one day left somebody please help me?

well, with just one day left there is n ot much you can do besides do everything your self. go to the grocery store, buy a bunch of cheap sodas and chips and maybe pick up a couple of little caesar's pizza or something. that should'nt run you too bad and everyone will enjoy that. if you need something sweet. usually you can buy the ten packs of the snack size candy bars for a dollar. just buy a bunch of different ones and throw them in a bowl together. people will love it. hope your party goes great.love always bekka

Assign everybody in the class something. Try to make it somewhat fair in terms of money and trouble. Tell them if they want to trade with somebody else they can, but they are accountable to bribg something or they can't participate.

Then don't bother checking because somebody will forget but you don't want the buzzkill of sending somebody away because they spaced out.

just assign people to bring stuff. tell people with last names starting with A-K bring _________, L-R bring ________, and S to Z bring _______ or however you need to break it up. there are also probably some people that are willing to help you out. Good Luck. and my best advice, just take some more control over it. Face it...you're not going to be able to please everyone, at least you are organizing a party for them!

1 person bring napkins/paper plates
2 person's bring cookies/desert
the rest chip in $3.00-$5.00 dallars and buy pizza or a couple 6ft subs.but get your order in now most places need 24hrs notice.
