Yes. Let me work this through logically as I see it.
God created you in his own image - meaning that you are infinite in potential and creative power. (You also have free will. Cool.)
Then you chose this setting* to experience your power. In heaven / nirvana / afterlife, it's kind of dull... everything is unified and perfect, and there's so much love, there's no way to experience it. So you created this place with your infinite power, and you caused yourself to temporarily forget who you are. So here you are, wandering down the street wearing a coat and completely unaware that you have these infinite powers. Right?
(*This "setting" is whatever reality you're experiencing right now. I don't need to go into detail.)
So you come upon a big rock. You look at the rock and the first thought that enters your mind is "Man, there's no way I'm going to be able to lift that." And - poof - you've created that experience, based on your creative thought, which was based on an assumption that you set there voluntarily. So you go to try to lift the rock using the only strength you know you have: your physical muscles. You fail. No surprise.
Now back up: You've tried to lift the stone. You and God are actually one and the same, but you don't realize this. You created the stone in the first place. So yes, God is all-powerful and he created this Universe, and he has created a stone that he then experienced not being able to lift. That isn't to say that you can NEVER lift the stone... just that you have experienced not-lifting-ness.
Just as your logic is based on assumptions which are based on your observations, MY logic (which I use here) is based on assumptions which are based on MY observations. Given the assumptions that I have made, does my logic make sense?

At first glance, I'll have to admit, I thought the question was silly. But then again, what does the number of days it took to create have to do with my life? If it took four days to make creation instead of six, I can't see that anything in my life would be the slightest bit different. Or what of the "literal-ness of scripture? Take Jonah and the Whale, for example. Assuming there was a message in the story, does that message ring any less or more true if the story was figurative or literal? What about the SPIRIT of the story? People find so many "whose-right" questions to argue about. Sometimes, they literally have wars about it. And people are killed. That being the case, what kind of monkeys did he create when he made man?

People only ask questions like this because they can't comprehend the power of God. It is when you don't life with real faith in God when you come to ask questions like this.
You can't limit God to the human mind and human reasoning. He is to Great for that.
Isa 29:16 Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?

Ignore the gainsayers, I kinda like the whole 'immovable object, irresistible force' paradox.
Maybe she/he/it could make a stone that he/she/it could convincingly pretend it/he/she can't lift?

Think sideways. God IS the Rock!
Psalm 18:31
For who is God, except the LORD?
And who is a rock, except our God?
