if your friend is anything like me and i just figured this out too, shy guys are adorable ... to me at least, i don't know. the best way to come out with it is just say it! tell this girl you like or even love her. i bet you're just worried about how she'll react and if she feels the same way or not. yeah, well, isn't that just the cliche?! maybe you could make it personal, where it's just you and her, to take the pressure off. so tell her privately ... or put it in a note. sometimes getting a love note it cute!

That would mean all the difference.
You would not need us if she is an American or a non Arab. Just give her all the support and love that you can possibly give.
If she is an Iraqi, I guess it is a whole different ball game. You will need to talk to her, understand her and her current situation.
Primarily give her all the love you can. And win her over.

Don't waste time. Show her that you love her cause if you don't you'll never get the chance to be with her. I f she shows she likes you then tell her. good luck. hope you get her
