No. Most definitely not. If I spent a time talking with him and found something about him, what sort of a person he is, his interests, etc., perhaps. But only quite a time, such as the length of a train ride or something.

Ummm... I would want us to be friends first cause if you went out with him then he might treat you and then you would be skock. Also he might treat you differently and then you would also be shock. So i would try to be friends first so that you wouldnt be shock about how he acts or treat you. Also i think it is healthy for you guys to be friends. So i would give him the phone number and tell him that you should hang out and get to know eachother. i hope this has helped you out.

It depends on how long we talked, the way he acted, how old he is, and what mood I'm in. If I'm in a bitchy mood, I will not give him anything but a kick in the balls! lol. But I might give a guy my number. It just all depends.

well im 16 annd im white... if i really thought that he would be someone worth getting involved with, then yeah i would give him my number, just so i could get to know him, who knows he might be the guy of my dreams, but if i had the slightest doubt in my mind then i would really think through it and make sure i wasnt gonna get myself mixed up in anything bad...
