Tylenol lasts for 4 hours in your system. Never take it within 24 hours of drinking, it can cause extreme damage for your liver. All a hangover is is dehydration. To avoid a hangover, always drink a few large glasses of water before going to bed, as well as the next morning.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a fairly benign chemical ... but if taken to excess or overdosed upon, can have a severe negative impact on the liver.

However, it is metabolized relatively quickly, and your liver should be safe from toxicity after four to six hours.

Are you concerned that someone will DETECT the presence of acetaminophen in your system? Why? It's legal.

Best advice - don't get so drunk that you need acetaminophen in the morning. Farrrrrr more potential for damage to your liver.

I find it rather hard to believe that you took so muck tylenol that you'll suffer from jaundice. If you have any liver problems, it will be from the alcohol that cause the hangover in the first place.

Drink less+ less tylenol= less liver problems for you
