I have a heart rate monitor and I do spinning by myself. I would like to know how many calories I burn after a workout.

Unfortunately you can't tell how many calories are burned with your heart rate that I know of, I could be wrong tho, it's happened before! lol
If you go to your yahoo search engine and type in "calorie expenditure chart" you'll see some charts there for calorie burning. If spinning isn't on the chart, just double what you see for bike riding. Good for you-spinning is a great fat burner, and what it does for your legs is unbelievable! good for you!

Actually yes you can. My heart rate monitor that I got from GNC has a function where it will figure out how many calories you have burned based on your heart rate. I guess theoretically, if I wore it all day it would give an accurate representation of the calories burned throughout the day (BMR+Activities)
