Well don't know how you mastrobate. Also based on the category I would say you are pretty sick that you get caught doing something like that. After all to be in the beer, wine and spirits you should be in the 21 or older. After all you cant' be drinking. So sounding like a kid don't expect a real answer.

If she freaked out, don't say anything to her unless she says something to you. Act like nothing happened.
If she didn't trip, ask her if she wants to talk about it.

Well it is summer time........... there are lots of flies and other creepy crawlys about, so next time you are 'chokin the chicken' and she walks in, just say "omg those bloody flies again" and just use a very gestured hand movement!!
If that don't work, put a lock on the door or teach your mum how to knock before entering.

Next time you are going to do it ask if she wants to assist you. She will be so disgusted by this that she will forget what she saw. Or just masturbate on the couch when company comes over. That is soooo weird. I had a dream about that last night that my dad caught me...talk about mortifying. There really is nothing you can do. I would prefer not to talk about it and just act like nothing happened. You really do not need to explain yourself at all.
