I weigh 120 and I know that's not alot. I'm not fat I've just got a little pudge on my tummy. I want to get rid of it and just be healthy altogether for this summer. How can I do this? Something that's halfway simple please?!

you tone up by doing exercises for certain parts of the body.. they have exercises basically that works your abs. it is good to get a exercise tape and workout with a friend or by yourself...also of course burn more calories than you take in... i also think it is bad to eat then lay down.. seems like to me it always goes to your tummy.. i recommend denise austin exercise tapes or one that is basically for the abs...there is also programs on tv, if you get the channerls.. they do not do the same thing every day.. aroebics is good and running and fast walking....good luck and have fun this summer.....

Half an hour jogging, 4 days a week

if you just do 50crunches at night and in the morning you will see and feel the change
