Oh geesh...that sucks. Make sure you don't put your fingers in your eyes while the habanero is still on them.
Wash your hands with soap and salt. The salt will act as an exfoliater and will remove the smell and hopefully the taste as well. This is the same remedy you should use after cutting up onions! Good luck!

Pepperspray is made from habanero's and Palmolive worked better than anything else to wash off the nasty burning fire juice. Works well because the burning is in the oil and palmolive cuts through grease and oil well.

And old cooks method of cleaning hands good. Take some fresh hamburger and squeeze it like your making a hamburger. The grease in the meat will remove and clean your hands like they've never been cleaned before.

Milk works. Also just wash them really really well. Mousturizer also helps. Good luck with that. And DONT PICK YOUR NOSE! it burns like hell (for a really long time) haha

pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil on your hands rub them together for a minute or so then rinse with soap and water
