It's funny how people like vaivagabundo
can judge people like me who they don't even know. FYI vaivagabundo we spent more than 28,000 Canadian dollars travelling to the Caribbean and on multiple trips to Canada's wonderland and wild water kingdom just last summer -treating our kids!! It may not be DisneyLand -but my kids are not stuck in the house either.

What terrorist threat? Disneyland is already run by terrorists and exstortionists, $50 to get through the door? Hamburger is $12, that is terrorism at it's finest.

If you live in any major city you're at much greater risk than you'd be at DisneyLand. Even if it was a likely target, DisneyLand has high security and security cameras EVERYWHERE, to a shocking degree.
DisneyLand isn't a likely target however. The terrorist attacks of late have been focused on affecting the government and commerce, which makes mass transit and federal buildings the targets. If the terrorists had wanted to destroy demoralizing targets like DisneyLand, then during the attack on New York they would have flown a plane into the Statue Of Liberty.

Well if your scared or have a freaky feeling stay at home. Take the kids to a near by places instead. Which you should be fine at disney land. You have to look at it in another sense. you can be anywhere and something bad happen. Walmart,The corner store and a robbery. Be riding down the road and a sudden storm comes up and there is a tornado. We take chances each day when we get out. Things can happen in our homes. Just try not to worry and live life. I personally pray ask to be covered and GO! Be happy have fun and if something bad happens well??? You can't stay safe always.

Yes, you are being silly. You're more likely to win the lottery than to be at DisneyLand the very day some wacko targets the place. What next, you forbid your children to play outside, and wrap their heads in bubble wrap? This is a decision based on fearfulness rather than on a realistic assessment of risk.

You are twisting their minds early in life to make them submissive to negative powers. What do you want them to be when they get older??FRENCH?? A life worth living must be based on reality and not subjugation to others. Whats next, being afraid to go to the mall or going to church?? Get a life and use the supposed faith you have to deal with reality. Never let the terror thing ruin your life. If it is meant to be you will be killed at home by pieces from a falling plane blown up by them. Live to enjoy life and provide your children with as much positive exposure to society as possible.

It would be appalling if you had to refrain because of the terrorist thing.
Of course many people use the terrorist excuse to cover up the fact that they are too mean to treat their kids right.

Threat or no threat, I love my kids too. If we as Americans succumb to staying at home and worrying, they win. I would never want to see anyone hurt by such violent acts, but we must move forward and take back our freedom!
