Crossword puzzles, trivia games, rote rehearsal working in manageable (small) chunks at a time (like with the periodic table), and practice, practice, practice!!!

You need to exercise your brain and your memory. Keeping your brain busy solving something should help a bit.

keep using your brain!! i guess... try playing tht game where u flip over cards trying to get the two tht match. sry i forgot the name of tht game
