you may think you're fat but 10 year olds shouldn't worry about their weight.... anyway don't eat those junk food instead eat protein from fish they are low in calories but provides you energy stay away from carbonhydrate (ceral, rice, bread) because these prevents you from losing weight
for exercise i'd say just run and swim do not work out at all you're way too young to be working out

I located the publication to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however most commonly) and doing little or no recreation, however the weight continues flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I consider it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me in view that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the understanding. EXERCISE!!!! NO FAST FOOD!!!!
Eating less is not the key, neither is salads and all that junk. The key to losing weight is drinking lots of water. Eating 5 meals a day. breakfast lunch and dinner and 2 snacks thru out the day. Make and eat the portions about the size of your palm. You need to eat little HEALTHY snacks during the day even if you are not hungry. I've learned the hard way. I use to think don't eat if you are not hungry. wrong....that makes your metabolism slow way down. eating all those meals and snaks thru the day makes your metabolism speed up. Also eat slow. It takes a while for your brain to tell your stomach that its full. Well I hope this helps, believe me it works. Lost 5 pds. in just two days!!

one thing is that you really to need to cut out the fast food.. it tells on advertisements and everywhere that fast food is loaded with calories.... i was at subway the other day and on there wrapper it showed the difference in their food and mcdonalds..it is better to eat baked foods and foods low in calories , starch, and fat content.. of course do not go eat a lot of high calories foods with sugar either...it is good i think to eat a little portion 3 or 4 times a day than to eat a big meal.. you have to burn off more calories than you consume.. get all the exercise you can.. walk, run, get into aroebics or dancing... if you just eat small portions of what your mother fixes it should be ok.. you need the basic food groups.,, but you do not need fast food very often at all..but i really do not think you are heavy but it is a good time to start thinking about stop eating so much fast food and get more exercise....

your 10 you shouldn't even be thinking about diets yet you still have not gotten your body figure what you need to do is stop eating fast food that stuff is bad for you! You need to start eating a home cooked meal and you will notice the difference!

It's not rocket science. Calories in... calories out. Ease up on the junk food. Eat more vegetables, fruit, whole grains, etc. Either excercise more or cut back on the amount of food that you eat and you will soon lose weight.
One easy way to cut way back on calories is to elimanate all soda and fruit juice from your diet.

Don't eat fast food, it's terrible for you! Don't eat less just eat more healthy foods...vegetables, fruit. Exercise. Don't worry about losing weight just try to be more healthy.

if you are athlethic at all running and all im 12and i am 130poumds and i am in better shape than the girls who weigh 85 pounds i am FASTER AT RUNNING AND STUFF AND I EAT LIKE U DO BUT I ALSO loose 10 pounds like magic from running doing crunches 50 right when i wake up and at bed last week i weighed 137
