That is a common problem for 2 big reasons. 1 It makes your hair fragile so that anything else you do to your hair that causes damage cna break it off. 2 If you overlapp the bleach at all when applying it- you could potentially break the hair off at the point of overlap.

You can't "Strip" bleach since the act of bleaching your hair IS Stripping the color from your hair to make it lighter.

Get a good Trim. Get a good Deep conditioning treatment and use 1-2 x'sa week. Avoid damaging hair further by limiting use of hot tools and brushing or putting up hair when wet. In fact leave hair down as much as possible. Pulling back your fragile hair can cause breakage. If you want to stop bleaching talk to a stylist about coloring your hair darker. You shouldn't do this at home. Your stylist will be able to let you know if your hair is in good enough condition for this and whether you will need color priming ( putting some red and gold tones in hair before coloring darker) before coloring your hair the desired shade.

If you have bleached your hair repeatedly and it falling out you need to leave it alone and get a good conditioning treatment. Your hair is very damaged and therefore you need to try and not do anything to it for a good few weeks. This includes:
Blowdrying
Dying especially
excessive washing, you hairs natural oils will help moisturize the hair
Just try and wash your hair and leave it to dry naturally, don't over brush it and use a good intensive conditoner (loreal do a good one, it's in a red pot). Maybe try a good leave in conditioner aswell. Don't bleach or dye it at all until your hair has recovered and is strong again.

I've been in your shoes. I had such long black/brown hair about 4 years ago, and thought to use a bleacher to strip out the black. It took me 3 boxes of bleacher to strip the black, but my hair broke off like snapping a twig. When I washed it, it felt like washing old dried up hay. I cried. But coun't walk around with yellow/orange hair, that was falling out! I just went to the market, bought a box of brown/black color and went back to my old hair color. I had to cut off about 5 inches of hair, but it still was not any better.
If you like the color your bleached hair is...then just leave that way and get a good hair cut, but it mayhave to be a short one. Please don't cry to much. If you don't like the bleached color, just color it and then get a cut, and allow your hair to grow and then go back for monthly cuts. It took me 2 years to get my healthy shinny hair back, and I will NEVER bleach it again.
Time will bring back your beautiful hair again.

stripping it on top of the bleach will make it fall out even more, so please don't do that. The best thing to do is condition, condition, condition.
