I never really understood this question. There are a bunch of different interpretations on this, and the bible gives little little detail on such a serious sin. It is unforgivable and some speculate it happens when you call Jesus satan or the works of God satanic. I believe it is when you die without believening in God. I mean, Jesus was talking to the pharisees that were in deep deniel, so He said they were in danger of comitting it. Anyways, what is Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit in your opinion?

Blasphemy against the Spirit (Matthew 12:31) is the sin of attributing to Satan (Matthew 12:24) what is the work of the Spirit of God (Matthew 12:28).

With love in Christ.

I have heard from many ministers that Blasphemy against the holy ghost is impossible for a believer in Christ to commit. The Pharisee's said that Jesus' works were from the devil. We as believers know that a kingdom cannot be divided against itself meaning God is in no way evil at all. Christ was a sinless man and committed no evil, people who teach otherwise are the ones guilty of blasphemy.

You can mock, curse Jesus all you want and still be forgiven if you repent. You can not repent without conviction from the Holy Spirit. When you feel inside that what you have done with Jesus is wrong. Thats conviction. If you act on it and repent-you are forgiven-but if you refuse to listen. You have refused the Holy Spirit. Then you are on dangerous ground. You have refused God's offer to save you, God will take you seriously.
