Do dog owners get to buy more? How about if you own more than one cat? Is it even worth owning more than one in that case?

=o.0= I don't think is a law on how many hats a person could buy and I do think that dog owners and cat owners can have different amount of hats then eachother and different random times, because you can't just be like "I have to have more hats then that cat guy because I'm a dog guy and dog guys are cooler." If you own more then one cat, you should take care of all them equally and make sure they're fixed (Unless you breed them). It is worth it to have more then one cat, so your cat doesn't get bored and lonely. I wouldn't suggest having more then 4 cats.

It depends on what jurisdiction you live in. It also depends on what type of hat you want to purchase. French Foreign Legion hats are limited to 3 per month where I am. If you want one of those big puffy poofy British Royal Guard hats, you are allowed 7 per month, providing you let your cats nest in them.
