what can help me lose my baby fat

the best thing to do when you have time is to do exercises specially for the abdomens called abs.. it always looked like after having children with all the extra things to do it would be easier to lose weight but it is not.. you have to burn more calories than you take in and do the certain excerises...leg excerises are good too.. if you ever get a chance walk whenever you can and aroeboics is really great for all over and burning calories and does make you feel better too.. start out slow then build up to more .....there is some good exercise tapes out there.. i like denise austins videos and exercise tapes.. i know she has one for after having children too..but good luck....

If you are breast feeding, you're not going to lose much soon, and you shouldn't - because baby needs the nutrients.

You can walk a lot, drink plenty of water - especially before meals (so you're not as hungry). As far as exercise goes, it depends on how long ago you had the baby--you don't want to overdo it too soon.

Lots of exercise. You should try an exercising program, too. It's always hard to lose fat after having children, but if you put your mind to it, and work DILIGENTLY, you'd lose pounds in WEEKS!

I LOST MINE STRAIGHT AWAY AND I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING... I SUPPOSE IM JUST LUCKY.
BUT TRY WALKING AND WALKING AND WALKING AND 30 SIT UPS A NIGHT BEFORE U GO TO BED THAT WORKED FOR MY FRIEND AFTER BOTH HER KIDS, SHE LOST HEAPS OF HER BABY FAT.
