The people that claim to be men of God that ask for money are in reality Satans ministers. A TRUE man of God does not ask for money.
And no Anton Szander Laveys Church of Satan did not require tithes.

Only one initial one. Your eternal soul, which gets to spend eternity in horrifying agony burning in a lake of fire.
Praying for you...
By the way, God doesn't need money... what are you talking about? But we humans are so selfish, we need God to give us the rules saying to tithe so that the poor can be fed and those who minister to us can be taken care of, or else most of us wouldn't do it. Difference is, since God is good, the tithe he requires is for our own good and the good of others... Satan's tithe is only for the good of Satan.

I didn't think there was a "Church" of Satan, only Satan Worshippers...
So my answer would have to be a "NO"
