I need to know the exact streets; it’s for a school project. I know many streets in SoHo are cobblestone, but

Some of New York's 36 "lane miles" of cobblestone are protected. According to Diane Jackier at the Landmarks Preservation Commission, streets that fall within the SoHo, TriBeCa and South Street Seaport historical districts must be repaired "in kind."

Thames St (I believe) in the financial district, lots of streets in the financial district are as well.
