My best outcome for angry people is to just leave them alone until there feeling better ,then approach them with concern and kindness,they will be more open to you and apologize if they took their anger out on you...

If they are angry it is their problem. You shouldn't do anything different to what you normally do.
Sometimes 'pussy footing' about could aggrevate them even more.
Just carry on as normal would be my advice.
If they are angry with you then ask why and apologise. If they haven't got the decency to answer then let them be!! They will calm down eventually.
If they are then wanting to talk, be a freind and listen!

Yes. Being angry and nasty to the person yourself only convinces the person that they are right and they have a right to be angry. Using kindness to fight the anger is the only way to go in my opinion.

you act the way you want to be treated, an eye for an eye an tooth for a tooth if you care for this person then maybe a dose of tough love will work but if not then just ignore this rude person.

Are they angry at you? Discuss it with them. Deal with the truth. Don't avoid it. Apologize if you're at fault. Acknowledge hurt feelings.

i do like answering this question because as a friend you sit back an listen, then by some mean, you can help, are get that person help, you will be better off by just listening.

ignore them if they see u ignoring them they will know that u dont want to hear their crap but yes u should be nice to them there just blowing off steam everybody does it
