No! as soon as you go on a diet all you can think about is food and eating! You have to realise that you eat to live and dont live to eat and then you have to find the worthwhile things in your life that make your days special and enjoy. One day you will find that dieting is an unnecessary evil

What you have to do is make your weight loss part of just having a healthier lifestyle.

Diet and fitness work together toward a healthy lifestyle. Changing your diet and your level of fitness is what can change the way you look and feel. The best way to lose weight is about living a healthier life than what you may be living now. You will need a complete lifestyle change and you will need to be committed.

The body loses about 2 pounds a week optimally and that’s 2 pounds that stay off. When you drop at a faster rate your body could potentially rebound and either plateau your weight loss or put extra weight on. If you are committed then you should reach your goal.

There will be 5 basic elements you need to adjust to have a healthy lifestyle.
They are:

1. Your Eating
2. Your Water Intake
3. Maintaining a balance of cardio and resistance exercise
4. Smart supplementation
5. Sleeping the best amount of time

This is going to sound really obvious, but the best "diet plan" is to eat less and move more. Cut out junk food, e.g. crisps, snacks, biscuits, etc. Eat more healthy food like fruit, veg and white meats (or quorn if you are a veggie) - you can eat this stuff till you are full and still lose wait. Then take regular exercise - go for a good walk every day and try to walk quickly. Not only will this help you lose weight (I did this recently and lost a stone in about 6 weeks), but it will also make you fitter and re-train your habits to healthier ones, which will increase the chances of you keeping the weight off in the long term.

Hope that helps. :)

Fruit juice along with breakfast in the morning. Breakfast may contain milk, eggs, butter and honey also. Get fruits in between breakfast and lunch. In the lunch, plenty of vegetables even if you are non-veg. Butter milk or curd and salad should also be there alongwith the lunch. After lunch get some citrict juice, like orange juice, etc. In your dinner, the same thing as for the lunch, plus some pulses. Before brushing your teath before going to bed for sleep, don't forget to take a glass of milk with honey instead of sugar. Avoid pickles etc.

This way you can well check the results.

Hey there, a good one that certainly works is: protein diet.
For at least 3 days do not eat any bread, pasta and potatoes and stuff like that. But eat 5 times a day a sufficient portion of fish, meat, milkproducts (with low fat) and 500 grams of vegetables.
After that 3 days your body will start to burn fat. Drink enough water and be carefull with sugar.
I tried it once and lost 10kg in two weeks... just in time for the sun and the beach... haha

good luck

Diets do not work, you need to work on healthy eating, lots of fruit and veg, make sure you eat carbohydrates as these are the bodys main source of energy, a few dairy products are fine, but make sure you limit sugars.

If you combine this with regular exercise, walking is great it keep the heart healthy, you could also try cycling and swimming, all three are great cardio-vascular exercises.

I hope that this helps

Eat till your satisfied, not till your full. Have three meals a day at regular times including breakfast. Eat a high fibre breakfast, salad for lunch, and white meat/fish for evening meal with vegtables. This approach always works and is the healthiest option. Also exercise for at least 30 minutes four times a week and you will be in great shape in a month.

Try the special K 2 weeks to a slimmer waistline. You have a bowl for breakfast and one for lunch and then eat a normal meal in the evening, it's a good start and it works really well because you can snack on fruit and salad too, you just replace your normal breakfast and lunch. i don't need to diet but I've done it for a week and lost 4 pound.
