i need some tips, i want to lose my stomache fat...but not my legs or arma...just that...what can i do?

Depends on what look you are going for. If you just want a flatter tummy then any cardio routines would be sufficient. Things that involve intense movement of the lower torso such as running or step exercises. If you are looking for cuts such as a six pack then you will also have to alter your diet. Taking out foods that are high in fat or sugars. Even if you do exercises that mainly focus on the stomach such as crunches, you will also have to sacrifice some fat loss in other areas too.

theres no such thing as spot reduction w/out liposuction.

look at your body frame and how God designed you to look. youll have a lot easier of a time if you go with that instead of trying to fight it.

sit ups and crunches can tighten your stomch muscles which will give you a firmer stomach. but they arent going to do a thing to burn the fat off your stomach.

If you were really motivated you could lift weights so that your arm muscles compensate for the fat loss. that way you dont lose as much thickness in your arms.

but the basic rule is there is nosuch thing as spot reduction. try and work with what God gave you and be happy with that.

to lose it quickly, get a bottle of citrus of magnesium and clean you self of all food for 24 hr. drink juices, or water tea and then take it easy all day.. sometime you just too much food in your intestines, once your stomach will go down and you will only want to not overstuff your self this will give you motivation and keep from overstuffing yourself full. and do crunches and you'll see

okay, I don't see why you wouldn't want to lose arm and leg fat, so I am going to say just in general you should run. It is healthy and you can lose weight be doing it. Also when you excerise you become happier.

get one of those big ball thingys and do crunches on there...

swimming will help out too...
