I tried both eHarmony and Yahoo personals. I liked eHarmony better, because of the set-up -- I thought the personality profiling was more in-depth; there's a number of screens that allows you to bail out if the person seems to be creepy, before you hand over your e-mail or much personal info.

I had luck with cupid.com... and also yahoo personals. Hotornot.com is fun also.
