Don't even think of Ebay...the shipping alone would be more than any furniture would be worth! Find it here and there, used furniture goes very cheaply, try yard sales, newpaper, etc. Good luck

Yes, a tip is customary. I don't think that there is a hard and fast rule about the amount, but I usually give $10 (all to one guy or $5 each to two guys...never had more than two guys deliver something to me).
