Rejuvenate your skin with this “lunchtime peel.” Microdermabrasion is successfully indicated for:

• Dull, oily or leathery skin texture
• Enlarged pores and congested skin
• Exfoliating and suctioning clogged pores in acne cases

Exfoliate dead skin cells for smoother, less blotchy, healthier skin in about 30 minutes. This non-surgical exfoliating procedure smoothes and softens your skin. It can be used on light or dark skin and positive results can be achieved on the face, neck, chest, arms, elbows, and knees. The procedure entails virtually no discomfort, downtime, or recovery. Our medical unit is only available to a doctor’s office, enabling us to provide a deeper, more effective peel. Rediscover your skin’s healthy glow.

How long does the treatment take?
A single procedure takes between 30 and 60 minutes and should be repeated at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks depending on skin type and condition. After the procedure, there is a slight blushing of the skin, which disappears within one or two hours.

Is it safe?
Yes. Microdermabrasion is a safe, non-surgical approach to skin rejuvenation that has been performed for years in Europe and has gained popularity in the United States in the last decade.

Is it painful?
Most patients report mild or no discomfort during the procedure. The settings are adjustable and we will perform the procedure at a level that is comfortable for the patient. Please let your aesthetician know if any treatment is too uncomfortable. Your skin may appear a little pink and be a little hot immediately following treatment.

How soon will I see results?
Many patients experience softer, smoother glowing skin after the first treatment. The recommended treatment plan is between two and twelve treatments, depending on the condition and type of your skin and the results desired.

Can I combine Microdermabrasion with other procedures?
Yes. Microdermabrasion is the perfect compliment to other procedures including a photofacial BOTOX® Cosmetic or Collagen. In your consultation discuss what results you’d like to see and your consultant will outline the best treatment plan. We always compliment each microdermabrasion procedure with a soothing oxygen mask and skin supplementation.

In laser skin resurfacing a laser is used to remove areas of damaged or wrinkled skin, layer by layer. The procedure is most commonly used to minimize the appearance of fine lines, especially around the mouth and the eyes. However, it is also effective in treating facial scars or areas of uneven pigmentation. Laser resurfacing may be performed on the whole face or in specific regions. Often, the procedure is done in conjunction with another cosmetic operation, such as a facelift or eyelid surgery.

It's a treatment that uses a laser to resurface your skin to leave it so fresh and so clean. They apply ointment and treat the infected areas of the skin with the laser. You'll be red for a few hours, but other than that, no down time. I highly recommend it.
