Fantasy Sports - September 2006

They are free agents. My DB's are Brian Dawkins, DeAngelo Hall, Ty Law, and Lito Shepard. Should I pick up one of them, both, or neither. And if I shold pick them up who should I drop.

Right now, I have Chambers, D. Bennett, Mark Clayton, Moulds, and Chris Henry as my receiving corps in a 14-team league. I like Jackson a lot, but I'd have to give up a solid backup RB (e.g. DeAngelo Williams or Michael Bennett) or one of the aforementioned WRs to get Jackson. Do you think he's worth the risk in a league that is RB-oriented?

Whats the dumbest pick you saw in your drafts? mine was some unidentified individual taking a DEF(Tampa's) in the second round and the same guy not taking a RB until Round 4 who turned out to be Dominick Davis who is now out for the year. If ur gonna take a DEF in the 2nd round, take the Bears or Panthers! And always take a RB with ur first two picks. Its what I did, I got Edgerrin James and Steven Jackson.

Fantasy Football BTW

What I mean by this, is that if I have a Steelers player plaing monday, and maybe a few vikings and raiders on monday -- could I swap them out on sunday, so I can get stats off of my reserve players?

This is alot more specific than info I've read where I'm signed up (here and NFL.com), so that's what I asked here.

Part of me says it sounds ok, and the other part thinks it's kinda of "cheating" and you need to have a set roster before any game starts each week.

I love Holt, but I think Jordan is going to struggle. Johnson could easily be a 2,000 yard back with 20 TDs.

Assume for this question that I have some depth at WR and RB. I'm weighing value here.

Is it more of a risk to start Walker coming off of a serious injury or Chambers going against Pittsburgh's defense? My other WR not starting is Antionio Bryant facing Arizona..but I don't think he'd have as good of a game being a 49er.
