I've got Shaun Alexander (no brainer) - at Detroit
Willie Parker - Home against Miami
Corey Dillon - Home against buffalo
Mike Bell - at St. louis
can only start 3, who do I sit

At this point I would sit Mike Bell until you can figure out what Shanahan is up to. Bell might still split carries with Tatum. Start the other three and hope Bell doesn't have a monster day.

Usually I would say sit Bell but with the Steelers losing Big ben for week 1(at least) it means Miami can focus on stopping Willie Parker more than they might usually have.

Batch is likely to throw a pick or two thus reducing the offenses time on the field.

I would watch the news out of Denver right up to game time and if Mike Bell is starting give him a shot.

Alexander, Dillon & Parker.
Parker is a guaranteed starter, I dont know what the hell shanahan is doing in Denver. Just wait after week one to check the status of Mike Bell.

I say do not start mike bell. Shannahan has been known to change his mind a lot. Although Bell is named the starter, he may decide half way through the game to put another back in to see how it goes.

Shaun and Corey. Buffalo's defense is one of the worst in the league so he should have a decent day.
