AEC issues bills such that a salaried person can not pay bills on last dates of month.....and thus looses discount...why they do such?AEC can issue their bills on last dates of month..and can give discount upto 7th of next month...so salaried person can paywith benefit of discount

I want to write yahoo emails or use yahoo messenger in Indian Languages(Gujarati, Hindi). How can I do this?

I don't like writing somewhere, than coping to client.
