When you drink alcohol, how does it affect you? (see details)?

Are you able to "handle your alcohol" and be nice but maybe a little silly, funny, etc. .... or....

Why does the first answer to questions on this site get picked as the best?

Most of the time, it seems like whatever was answered first gets selected as best. I'm new to the site and think it is pretty dumb how this happens. Am I wrong?
