Someone you never met started texting you, you politely tell him he's got the wrong person, you strike up a text type palship, never revealing personal info but have sent a pic of your face to them and vice versa well then they tell you they want to move to your city, they have no car, belongings and essentially live a real no frills kind of life in their current town they want to meet you when they move to your city, what would you do?

Is it safe or dangerous for a woman to live alone in her apartment in a safe city?(a college student can walk several blocks from the college dorms to her apartment in the middle of the night without getting abducted or raped)
