I have been a Virgin Mobile cell phone user in the USA now using their unique pay-as-you go system for a year and a half and am basically happy. I do have some problems such as non-responding customer service. Not being able to find out how I can save my contact book in case my phone craps out. Also, sometimes with ther billing and pricing. Lately, I have had difficulty making or receiving calls and text messages in area where I have previously been able to receive them. I know they run on the SPRINT network. Can anyone tell me of their experience and/or problems with VIRGIN MOBILE USA?
