Well, a few weeks ago, My laptop started screwing up so I brought it to Best Buy. Turns out I had a bad harddrive. So I buy a new harddrive, and went home. I took the bad harddrive out, and added the new one in. I did what the man told me to do. Well, when everything was done, I went online to listen to some music. I pressed play, then "...." nothing! I tried other things and such, watching Youtube videos and whatnot, and NO SOUND. No audio, nada! Is this suppose to be normal or something is screwed up?

You need to find the audio drivers for your make of Lappy ... you might try a visit to Microsoft Update site (if you're running Windows) it may automatically find the right drivers ... best bet is to visit the manufacturers website and download the correct drivers from there

you probably need your sound drivers... id advise you to go to your manufacturer's web page and find the drivers for your sound card--im assuming you have the stock onboard card on your laptop.
