I am trying to narrow down my college list and I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on any of these colleges.

Arizona State University
Clemson University
Ohio University
Penn State University
University of Alabama
University of Arizona
University of Missouri

If anyone has attended any of these colleges, please let me know what you think of them. Thank you and Happy New Years.

I attended Penn State, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It is larger than all the universities above, except for Ariaona State.

Penn State is considered one of the top 5 undergraduate universities in the country for at least the following disciplines
Meteorology-undisputed no.1
Turfgrass Science-undisputed no.1
Geography
Landscape Archtitecture

I don't remember the other disciplines they are strong in. I have a good friend who received his BS in Accounting from Penn State, now has his Doctorate, teaching at prestigious Miami of Ohio. He is co-writing a cost accounting textbook for Mcgraw-Hill.
My friend in Meteorology has his MS, and is a manager for one of the largest environmental services companies in the world.

I'm sure the other universities you listed all have their strengths and weaknesses. Good luck in your search.

They are all good Colleges, Just depends on how close to home you want to be concerning which one to go to. Out of all those I'd pick the closest one to home if it was me selecting one to go to.
You might also want to consider:
LSU
University of Texas
Norte Dame
USC
Cal Tech
UCLA
Texas A&M
Auburn
Tennesse
Georgia
Texas Tech
And even some of the smaller colleges like:
University of Texas at El Paso
Louisiana Tech.
Arkansas
Georgia Tech
Utah
West Virginia
North Texas State
Memphis State
Slippy Rock
Loyola
Tulane
TCU
SMU
Rice
New Mexico

Smaller colleges have the advantage of smaller class sizes especially in your freshman and Sophomore years.

make sure the school you want to go has the major you are interested. Also, back it up with a plan B which is like a second major if you dont like the 1st one. I suggest you come to Texas. You definately have fun and get a better education at a reasonable tuition cost!!
GO UTSA!!! yeahh

It all depends on what your major is in order for me to give you a good and efficient answer, but I really like Clemson.

My sister went to Univ. of AL. It's a beautiful campus and it's like it's own little city but the people are not so great. They're really country and most seem to be really into themselves.
