Attend / Hold a party. A barbeque would be preferrable. Spend time with the loved ones, drink champagne, make toasts.
Or you can always stay at home alone, watch movies or read a book. Catch up on previous year's movies.

fireworks, BBQ, party, hang out with your family, make new years resolution, enjoy the last few days of break, sleep in, make new years cards, invite friends over and do something creative, etc.
