What's the name of this font?

I don't have a picture of it..
but like, it's grungy and has medical type crosses in the insides of the letters.

I'm trying to think where I saw it at. I remember someone using it on Myspace..
the letters are all capitalized, thick, and close together..

Maybe it's calligraphy. You have to give an example or explain it more.
