Many people do not wish to seem bothersome to others, or to attract pity.. Some view pity as them being pathetic or hopeless and most of us don't want to feel that way. The situation of a family member dying or not being able to conceive are very personal and deep things to bear, particularly since you are not aware of what makes up that person to an intense degree in most cases. People do express things in their own time and in their own way, and sometimes this can manifest itself in anger or nastiness, judgemental in some cases. I had someone the other day who was judging potential mates by their hair colour! There are almost always underlying issues that the patient is not always aware of that can make them appear much worse a person than they actually are. My advice is to sympathise and show compassion and if they want to open up and you make them feel comfortable with you, then they will.

I have reasons to believe that your's is an indirect question and is just an extension of the reality that you have not fully accepted the loss.Well, there is no other better known way but to accept it,grieve or mourn over such happenings with full intensity over a brief period of time and there after, let TIME heal the wounds.Once we accept the reality, our mind does it's best to help us and keep us moving with the flow of life.As far as social mannerism is concerned, let's not pay much attention to that as people take to such happenings differently and so be it.

Maybe you need talk to to someone about how you really feel. I never cover my emotions, I can never hide it. It always show in my face. There's always good and bad things. Of course I hate it, but it heals within time. Better things will come your way, hopefully. So don't give up!
