Except for the Chinese ... I was just wondering if anyone was totally not in the mood and could totally care less?

*Sigh* Random, I know. ^_^

I used to sleep a lot on New Year's Eve; but then, I had a young kid at the time, and slept whenever I could!

Now I'm a cranky old bag, the kid is grown, and it's easier to stay up. In fact, it's damn hard to get to sleep ;-)

Happy New Year!

For a LOT of people, it's just another night. Nothing special, for whatever reason.

Tonight will be the first night in over 15 years I'm not going out because the roads here are very icy and my boyfriend is out of town on business, anyway. I'll be doing my "celebrating" when he's here! ;)

my mom slept thru New years, and i would have too, but i had to work. i'm at work now . Started at 12 am. . so happy new years to me, i guess. but its not so happy. If i didnt have to work i would have been in bed anyway.

I might have woke up jus to see the ball drop but then went right back to sleep.

Not in the mood and could totally care less. If I wasn't waiting for the last cat to come in the house, I would have been in bed half an hour ago. New Year's is subjective, and is only a calendar change. The gallactic new year was December 21st, when the sun passed over the equator.
