x = (4 - 6)/2 = - 1
y + 11/2 = - (- 5/5)(x + 7/2)
y + 11/2 = x + 7/2
y = x - 2
y = - 3
O = (- 1, - 3)

Use your book, theres a way your supposed to do it besides graphing, just can't remember really, has to do with distanceformula.

First plot the pouints on a graph....then by inspection, the coordinate is (-5,-1)
