Hillary certainly doesn't have those "Breck Girl good looks" (hilarious!) so I guess we have to go with Edwards. I just learned in here that Giuliani dabbles in cross dressing. Not too sure, would have to actually see it with my own eyes but he very well could give them both a run for their money...with the right shade of lipstick.
