If you have the money, i would go with Weight Watchers or any of those programs where they send you food-i have known several people and it worked great for them! on the other hand if you cant afford that,then you just have to take control and exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes and eat like 5 small portioned meals a day. I had a baby and it tool me almost a year to loose my weight, but i was on and off with my exercise and eating habits! Now all I have to do is tone up!!! Good luck-believe me there are millions of women out there who know exactly how you feel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the only advice I can give is, walk, stop eating junk food, replace your soda with water, Eat more healthier. The reason why I say this is because I gained about 100 pounds with my daughter because I got sick. I just put my daughter in a stroller and went for walks. Watch your salt intake, and treat yourself at Least once a week with a small candy or ice cream. You can do it does not matter if slim fast , diet pills, shakes, etc... The most important thing you have to do is exercises. Good Luck stick to it, I know you can do it.

If you actually look at a can of slim fast, there's a crap load of sugar in it! You certainly do NOT want that. Eat healthy and yea, exercise.
Stay away from junk food as much as possible. Eat lean meats, if you're a meat eater. Eat plenty of veggies and fresh fruit and of course...water. Tea is okay, but try to stay away from any pop or limit it to a can or two a week...yes, a week.

it took you 9 months to put the weight on and you should give yourself that long to put it off too. are you breast feeding? if so that would help with a lot of the weight loss. BUT the best thing you can do to get the weight off is to eat healthy meals and exercise and i know this may sound like an impossibility but studies show that getting enough sleep will help women who have just had babies lose weight faster.
don't skip breakfast and just eat a few small meals and healthy snacks thruout the day.
because you gained way too much weight during your pregnancy it will be a lot harder to lose the extra weight but you just have to be committed to it and really try to eat right and exercise.
