you can't, it's polyester and rayon. and doesn't shrink.

Wash a few times, spindry(if allowed): shirt will shrink a bit!

Try to wash it in hot water and dry on hot in the dryer. If it doesn't shrink after that then there nothing else you can do. Cotton and natural fibers shrink but polyester and artificial fibers ususally don't. Maybe you can exchange it for a smaller size?

After you wash it, reshape it then put it in the dryer. Be sure to dry it wrong side out to protect the decals.

I think your only chance is running it in the dryer on HIGH heat.

yes you can
it says to cold wash and hand dry
so if you put it in the dryer it might/will shrink
just be careful, my mom put her new turtleneck in the dryer by mistake
and it srunk up so much my little sister could almost wear it [a bit to big for her]
