Nothing really....if you do it right.Sometimes it looks trashy and makes your eyes appear smaller.

To make it work you only want to apply it from the middle of your bottom lashline all the way to the outer corner......not line the whole bottom lid.And you want to take it easy and make it a very thin line.Try a brown color,it's less dramatic.Apply as close to the lashline as possible.

if you put it on the rim of your lower lid then it can cause conjunctivitis of the eye bc you are putting the eyeliner on your tarsal glands aka the lower lid of the eye and trust me conjunctivitis is not a pretty sight! Other than that eyeliner on the bottom is perfectly fine as long as it is BELOW the lower lid.

nothing wrong with having it on the lower lid...just not below the lid under your eyelashes. I've seen some people do this, it's not that it looks bad, it just looks like something is off. I think doing that only works if you plan to smudge it for a smokey eye effect. I do this a lot but I put the liner on the lower lid then use a smudger to pull some of it down followed by an eyeshadow brush to blend it.

Nothing wrong with it if you go lightly. I have to or my eyes don't show up on photos.

Nothing is wrong with it, but it does make your eyes appear smaller. Just use a thin line on bottom, but you can go thicker on top. Good luck!

there's nothing wrong with it.
but if your eyes is already small, lining the bottom with black would make them smaller. try white instead.
