Easy! State Chief of China HU Jintao. He is the highest ranking official in one of the most profitable trade empires on earth.
His nation Fulfills the Rules of Aquisition as such:
1."Once you have thier money, you never give it back."
An artificially inflated currency has really given China an advantage in trade that cannot be reversed by "natural" market means.
10."Greed is Eternal."
The official stance of the Chinese government is that there is no God, so you've got to live for something. Why not profit?
12. "Anything worth selling is worth selling twice."
Pirated goods anyone?
19. "Satisfaction is not garunteed."
Poisoned toys, defective tires, choking magnets, and general inferior products, anyone?
23. "Nothing is more important than your health. Except your money."
Linfen City, Yangquan, Datong, Shizuishan, Sanmenxia, Jinchang, Shijiazhuang, Xianyang, Zhuzhou, Luoyang...most polluted cities, all located where? China!
34."War is good for buisness."
Any doubt China sells arms to alot of scumbags? I myself have an Chinese rifle.
35."Peace is good for buisness."
Nevertheless, they don't like to get involved with foriegn politics unless it directly affects them. Thier strong growth in Africa is a good example because unlike other investors, they don't insist that any internal policies (human rights wise) be changed in that country.
45."Expand or die."
Alot of effort is being put into expanding industry to keep the workers occupied.
74."Knowledge equals profit."
China loves to rip off our industrial and military technology.
76."Every once in awhile, declare peace. It confuses the hell out of your enemies!"
China's not at war with the US. They just support North Korea, threaten Tiwan with nuclear obliteration, cyber attack us, capture our aircraft, imprison anyone who holds US or Christian core values dear, and sell anything to anyone.
98."Every man has his price."
Especially if you're in American politics when the Chinese consolate makes it's rounds.
104."Faith moves mountains....of inventory."
Go to Wal-Mart and buy a religious knick knack. Guess where it's made?
177."Know your enemies...but do buisness with them always."
Need I explain again?
144."There's nothing wrong with charity...as long as it ends up in your pocket."
Ah, socialism. The ultimate charity...as long as you control the coffers. And how much does it cost to adopt a Chinese orphan? Tens of thousands.
181."Not even dishonesty can tarnish the shine of profit."
All these recalls. Such a pity. Well, I guess China's OK to leave as most favored trade status...
162."Even in the worst times, someone turns a profit."
If there were a massive famine, would the elite be eating what the peasants do?
208. "Sometimes the only thing more dangerous than the question is an answer."
There are certain american owned websites...that we may or may not be currenty on that may or may not cooperate with certain authorities in certain countries...to detain certain persons in territories under thier control...for saying certain things of said authorites.
211. "Employees are the rungs on the ladder of success. Don't hesitate to step on them."
How do you think we can afford to throw all that crap into a bulk frieghter and run it at 10 knots all the way across the Pacific Ocean to unload it and buy it here, for far less than any American or even Mexican company can? How about severe reduction in labor costs. Or eliminating labor cost. Oh, the laborrers are still there alright.
What would happen? They would open up trade relations full tilt. For one, China would love to have an advanced extraterrestrial ally. Think of all the new technology to steal! Then there's the new markets for both sides. And an alien ally would garuntee that other advanced nations would be willing to give the PRC a "few" extra favors to try and get in with the powerful newcomers. Of course a Farengi would be daft not to make backhanded agreements with the other major players. Whoever showed the most motive for profit or gave the Farengi the most advantages would come out on top.
There'd be alot less women left on earth, too, I'm afraid.
