I'm with you. Why should the person hurting the child have rights he should of thought about his rights when he was hurting a child. These people even jail is considered luxury for them they belong in a Turkish prison or Siberia. and never have the privilege to live in the u.s.a.

Of course our natural instinct is to inflict pain against anyone who hurts or murders a child. BUT by doing this aren't we merely reducing ourselves to their level? What we must ensure is that our legal systems are able to provide heavy sentences and that we elect politicians who have the protection of children as part of their political platform.

I think that anyone that kills anyone other than reasons for self-defense, should not deserve to live. If you take someone else's life, it's going to cost yours. The government is so not uptight and the whole "insane" and "sane" thing is wrong- anyone can pretty much act "insane" or "mentally disabled." Not fair at all. If someone hurts a baby or a child, they should suffer from humiliation from the public or be tortured by being put in a room full of recordings with screaming babies and children.
