I used to work in corrections. People are placed on protective custody for several different reasons. One is because they feel scared of someone or several people because they wouldn't do something that person wanted. Another is because they told something that might have gotten one of someone's boys in trouble, or something to that affect. Another is that the prison placed them on protective custody because they heard of a plot against the person, or because of their charges. They may have also told on someone in order to lessen their time and that person now in the facility, so they would place them on PC. He may be able to come home earlier than expected if he got good time, or got a plea or something. PC doesn't normally shorten their length of sentence. Hope that helps.

no longer easy to experience sympathy for animals who victimized harmless people. even nonetheless, in the event that they do in contrast to reformatory, they are able to be at liberty to no longer bypass back. the unhappy area is a majority do bypass back, regularly many circumstances, so reformatory will no longer be able to be that undesirable. or possibly they merely like it. the two way, i could fairly have them in there, victimizing one yet another than out here victimizing us. If rape is a factor of reformatory, boo hoo. no longer easy to have faith that as quickly as a team of folk who're deemed no longer worth are prepare, that occurs, yet unusual because it could look, it does! BTW...cops do no longer deliver anybody to penitentiary. people commit crimes and deliver themselves to penitentiary. anybody is stored their after a tribulation, with the help of fellow electorate who serve on juries and discover them to blame. The police in easy terms make an arrest in line with a regulation violation. They deliver do no longer habit trials, they do no longer sentence and that they do no longer run the jails. additionally they do no longer tension the folk to committ the crimes they committ.

If he's in protective custody in the prison it's because someone has threatened to harm him or has tried to harm him, not necessarily because he did anything wrong. This should not affect his release date, but it does not mean he can come home sooner. This makes me think he is lying to you, because sometimes inmates are segregated because they committed a violent act against someone or threatened another person. People rarely change, so when he gets out, you can expect him to be the same great guy or lousy creep he was when he went in.

find a friend and lover til he gets out, don't get pregnant or any diseases, or get a divorce and move on.
